Erin’s educational experiences were focused in outpatient orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. She has conducted research on exercise adherence in an elderly population and the prevention of childhood obesity through the concepts of “play” as exercise. She has worked as a strength coach for adolescent athletes and as a senior fitness specialist.

Kelly has worked on the Kitsap Peninsula since 1993 with a variety of orthopaedic clients and has a special interest in both sport and work related injuries. Kelly is a certified cycling coach and is trained in the assessment of both running and cycling biomechanics. He currently works with local cyclists and triathletes and has been part of the medical team for the Ironman World Championships. In addition, Kelly holds certification in the performance of PCE/FCE’s, Worksite Evaluation/Ergonomics and Quantitative Job Analysis, and has worked as part of a pain clinic rehabilitation team, providing functional assessments for chronic pain clients. He has also worked closely with local vocational counselors and other medical professionals facilitating a safe and expedient return to work.

Bridget has over a decade of experience rehabilitating the upper extremity from traumatic injuries as well as cumulative trauma. Bridget lectures in the areas of managing extensor tendon injuries, phalanx fractures, and splinting to resolve joint stiffness, most recently to therapists and physicians at the Washington Occupational Therapy Association and the University of Washington Hand Symposium. In addition, she is a co-author of the Diagnosis and Treatment Manual for Physicians and Therapists, a publication describing nonsurgical and postoperative rehabilitation for conditions relating to the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
