PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Teresa is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love by addressing the root cause of their concerns in a comfortable, supportive environment. Her approach emphasizes clear communication and personalized care tailored to each patient’s goals.

With specialized expertise in Pelvic Health, Teresa works with patients experiencing pelvic pain, heaviness, and incontinence. She brings particular depth to prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care—recognizing the unique needs of patients during these life stages. As a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Teresa is also highly skilled in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, including knee replacements, ACL repairs, hip and shoulder surgeries, and joint repairs. She works with patients across the spectrum of orthopedic concerns who want to regain function and return to their favorite activities.

Teresa holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University. Her professional certifications—including Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Pelvic Health Certification through the Institute for Clinical Excellence, and Certified Graston Technique Practitioner—reflect her commitment to evidence-based, specialized care.

A strong advocate for fall prevention and healthy aging, Teresa has a passion for Gerontology and works with patients on balance training, gait improvement, and general strengthening through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Outside the clinic, Teresa enjoys hiking, traveling to National Parks with her family, tennis, cycling, and spending time with friends and her two cats.
