Ryana believes that meaningful recovery happens through personalized, one-on-one attention and comprehensive care. Her collaborative approach—working closely with the physical therapists at Bainbridge Island Physical Therapy—allows patients to benefit from multiple perspectives and specialized skills. Through manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization using the Graston Technique, and tailored functional exercise programs, Ryana helps patients optimize their outcomes and reclaim confidence in their bodies.

With particular focus on post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic care, spine health, and fall risk mitigation, Ryana works with patients across the rehabilitation spectrum. She brings specialized skill in assisting patients through total joint replacements, orthopedic recovery, gait correction, and balance restoration—understanding that each patient’s path to recovery is unique. Her hands-on approach and expertise in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization complement the comprehensive care model at BIPT.

Ryana grew up in a military family, gaining international experience and fluency in Japanese. She moved to Kitsap County in 2008 and has developed deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest’s active lifestyle and community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys strength training, exploring new recipes with her husband, and watching baseball—staying connected to the community she serves.
