PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Alex approaches rehabilitation with a patient-centered perspective, believing that evidence-based care combined with personalized attention creates the foundation for meaningful recovery. His clinical expertise in post-operative rehabilitation and sports medicine allows him to guide patients through comprehensive healing that prioritizes both functional restoration and a confident return to the activities they value.

With a clinical focus in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine, Alex works with a wide range of post-surgical patients and brings particular expertise to complex procedures including ACL reconstructions, total knee replacements, and shoulder surgeries such as rotator cuff repairs and labral procedures. His Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 certification reflects his specialized expertise in working with golfers and golf athletes—understanding the unique biomechanical demands of the sport and the specific movement patterns required for safe, powerful performance on the course. His Certified Graston Technique Practitioner credential demonstrates his commitment to evidence-based manual therapy techniques integrated with therapeutic exercise—he understands that recovery is a structured process requiring both skilled hands-on care and patient engagement.

Alex holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Pacific University. His professional certifications as a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Instructor and Certified Graston Technique Practitioner reflect his dedication to integrated, evidence-based care. His personal background in football, baseball, soccer, and golfing has shaped a genuine understanding of athletic demands and the psychological dimensions of return-to-sport rehabilitation. This authentic connection to athletics allows him to work with both competitive athletes and active adults with equal depth and commitment—particularly in helping golfers optimize their swing mechanics and return to peak performance.

In 2024, Alex was honored with the Rutgers School of Health Professions Award for Service Excellence, recognizing outstanding clinical care and dedication to the field.

A Pacific Northwest resident with deep ties to the region, Alex values the active, outdoor-oriented lifestyle that defines the area. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him golfing, biking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family—staying engaged with the community he serves.
