PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Samantha approaches rehabilitation with a holistic perspective, believing that recovery is about rebuilding confidence in movement and that understanding the body as an integrated system—rather than focusing on isolated symptoms—creates the foundation for meaningful, lasting progress. Her clinical expertise in hands-on soft tissue mobilization and progressive functional rehabilitation allows her to guide patients through comprehensive healing that prioritizes both functional restoration and a genuine return to the activities they love.
With a clinical focus in orthopedic rehabilitation, Samantha works with a wide range of patients across the recovery spectrum, bringing particular expertise to post-operative care including total knee and hip replacements, as well as core and pelvic stability, balance training, and gait improvement. Her Certified Graston Technique Practitioner credential reflects her commitment to skilled soft tissue mobilization integrated with individualized functional exercise—she understands that effective recovery requires both expert hands-on technique and thoughtful patient education that empowers lasting change.
Samantha holds an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Olympic College and is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Washington. Her professional certification as a Certified Graston Technique Practitioner, combined with her experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation since 2019, demonstrates her dedication to evidence-based, integrated care. Her personal passion for movement—expressed through her competitive barrel racing and active outdoor lifestyle—has shaped an authentic understanding of what it takes to return to peak performance. This lived connection to athletics and movement allows her to work with patients across diverse backgrounds, creating collaborative, empowering environments where they feel heard, supported, and motivated to achieve their goals.
A Kitsap County native with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, Samantha values the active, outdoor-oriented lifestyle that defines the region. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her competing in barrel racing events, camping, hiking, snowboarding, working out, and cooking—activities that keep her energized and inspired. She spends quality time with her husband and young children, embracing the outdoor adventures and family life that ground her personally and professionally.
