Keith is the only physical therapist practicing on Bainbridge Island to have a Manual Therapy Certification, and a Certified Hand Therapist credential. He treats all types of injuries including spine and orthopedic care, post-surgical, splinting and sports rehabilitation. Keith’s special interest is cycling injury prevention, cycling ergonomics and running biomechanics.

Trish strikes a balance between the art and science of physical therapy when she works with patients for Post-Surgical Recovery, Orthopedic Care, Sports Rehabilitation, ACL and knee injuries. She emphasizes the importance of individualization of a rehabilitative plan of care, customizing each patient’s treatment plan to their own specific goals.

Alex is a physical therapist specializing in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University and certificates in Graston Technique and golf swing analysis and injury prevention . He enjoys working with student-athletes, helping them recover from injuries and safely return to sport. He also has experience treating post-operative patients, including those recovering from total shoulder, hip, and knee arthroplasties, as well as ACL reconstruction. His approach emphasizes strong diagnostic skills, hands-on care, and patient involvement. Originally from Oregon, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and exploring Bainbridge Island with friends and family.
Matthew Holbert, PT, DPT

Matthew Holbert is a gifted physical therapist known for his expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques like joint and soft tissue mobilizations, which significantly improve range of motion, diminish pain, and boost overall mobility. Meticulously conducting comprehensive patient assessments to craft personalized treatment plans, Matthew excels in tailoring therapies to meet the unique needs of each individual. Sharon Kuznetsov, OTR/L, CHT

With more than 20 years of experience, Sharon is the only other Certified Hand Therapist on the island and specializes in the treatment of repetitive strain injuries, arthritis, fractures, traumatic injuries, post-surgical conditions and custom splint fabrication. Her commitment to continuing education ensures she is always knowledgable regarding patient care, treatment plans, and best practices.
Kelly Danielson, OTR/L, OTD

Kelly is an occupational therapist who has been practicing in the field for 12 years. She has experience in pediatrics and adult neuro and is currently working towards her hand therapy certification. She recently completed her Doctor of Occupational Therapy through Saint Catherine’s University. She loves learning new things and is constantly seeking out new educational opportunities. She is passionate about helping people increase their participation in their meaningful activities, and this drives her approach to therapy. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her twin daughters in the outdoors. She is an avid open water swimmer, runner, and overall adventure seeker.

Ryana is highly skilled in providing manual therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to her patients. In her free time she loves cooking and being active with her husband.

Lindsay Thomas, PTA
Lindsay is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years, specializing in injury treatment. She brings a deep understanding of the body and a hands-on approach to care, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on functional recovery and personalized treatment. Her special interests include manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and integrative care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys mushroom foraging, clamming, fishing, and baking.
